Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Lead Generation to develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities

Achieve target goals for client connections and facilitate introductions between prospective clients and business development leaders
Develop proactive call strategies and consult with clients on staffing solutions to improve service offerings
Lead and mentor a team, set clear goals, and manage key performance indicators for lead generation efforts


Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of experience
7+ years in lead generation or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in executing successful lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, with Salesforce experience preferred
Experience in C-Suite level sales engagement and familiarity with Managed Service programs
