Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define the vision and strategic direction for UKG custom reporting
solutions
Lead and mentor a team of Custom Report Writers on report design
and data analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and
translate them into product features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data
Analytics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with
custom reporting or data analytics solutions
Strong knowledge of UKG products and in-app custom report writing
capabilities
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power
BI
