well-informed and protected. JOB SUMMARY: As the Mat Herseth State
Farm Agency team continues to grow, we seek a passionate, outgoing,
resourceful, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Licensed Multi-Line Insurance Sales Specialist. This is an
in-person position in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, the
Licensed Multi-Line Insurance Sales Specialist will become a
trusted insurance partner, focusing on achieving sales goals while
delivering exceptional customer service. The position includes
educating clients about policy and coverage options, guiding
informed decisions, and working with a wide range of insurance
products to meet each individual's unique insurance needs. The
Licensed Multi-Line Insurance Sales Specialist position is an

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance
license2+ years of sales experienceCustomer service experience,
strong communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal
skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and research

office-provided lunches. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales: Achieve and
exceed monthly and annual sales goals for Property & Casualty
(P&C) and Life & Health insurance products. A possibility of
minor goals for Life and Health (L&H) and Commercial insurance
in the future Identify potential clients through lead generation,
referrals, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct
insurance needs assessments to recommend tailored insurance
solutions that meet clients' coverage requirements. Clearly explain
policy terms, conditions, and exclusions to clients to avoid
misunderstandings. Build and maintain strong, long-term client
relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Use Client
Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track sales activities,
handle policy applications, and research modifications accurately
and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to share leads,
sales strategies, and market insights.Support the team to achieve
agency goals and plan community outreach/promotional events
throughout the year Maintain compliance with state licensing
requirements and ethical sales practices. Customer Support:
Proactively follow up on client inquiries, policy renewals, and
claims to provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and
in person. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships to
ensure satisfaction and retention by accurately answering insurance
and coverage-related questions and educating clients on insurance
options, policy details, and the benefits of coverage options.
Verifies customer information to guarantee accurate customer
records and documentation. Other Tasks as Assigned. The Mat Herseth
