Job Description:
Compensation:
The Compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 per
year.
Essential Duties:
Assist the Senior Director in identifying and pursuing strategic
partnership opportunities with businesses and organizations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and
prospective partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage sponsorship programs, ensuring deliverables
are met and value is delivered to all parties involved.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership and
sponsorship efforts with the Alumni Association's goals and
objectives.
Support the planning and execution of events, initiatives, and
programs that involve external partners and sponsors.
Track and report on partnership and sponsorship activities,
including performance metrics and outcomes.
Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and other
materials for partner and sponsor engagement.
Represent the ASU Alumni Association at meetings, events, and
conferences as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development, partnership
management, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of
stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and
sponsorships.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external
partners.
Knowledge of higher education and alumni relations is a plus.
Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Passionate about fostering community and engagement.
Working Environment:
Work is typically performed in a temperature controlled
environment.
Should be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
This in an in-person at Old Main on ASU's Tempe Campus.
Occasional travel and evening/weekend work may be required for
events and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to
the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of
experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills
and abilities have been achieved.
