A company is looking for an Enterprise Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to develop and execute strategy projects,
driving company culture change and managing change processes
Conduct research, document processes, and identify operational
bottlenecks to formulate solutions and enhance efficiency
Manage project deliverables, coordinate resources, and ensure
alignment with stakeholders while overseeing ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations,
or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+
years in financial services
Experience in operations controllership, research, analytics, and
remediation roles
Proven skills in process mapping, analytical thinking, and
executing deliverable timelines
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset
in a high-growth environment
Mission-focused team player with a strong ability to influence and
negotiate
