Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Workforce
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of workforce professionals and provide performance
management
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, forecasting, and
real-time management
Monitor call volume patterns and adjust schedules to meet service
standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 6 months of experience supervising a workforce team in a
high-volume call center
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an undergraduate
degree is preferred
Proficiency in workforce management tools (e.g., IEX, NICE
inContact)
Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
US work authorization
