Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager, CLM.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage the ongoing success of all LRC-owned agreement
types on the Ironclad CLM platform
Own the Ironclad implementation across all agreement types, driving
product strategy and user enablement
Provide timely advice and counsel to LRC and cross-functional
leadership, ensuring effective operations of CLM workflows
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant contract management process and technology
experience
4+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design,
particularly in commercial contracting
Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM and related
certifications
Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively
with team members
High EQ, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential
information
