Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Agent - Commercial
Lines to sell commercial insurance and enhance customer
engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls/emails from agents or prospects,
providing consultations on insurance coverage needs
Perform outbound calls to close sales and follow up on potential
customers
Educate clients on policy provisions and assist in the underwriting
process to bind coverage
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies
preferred
Three or more years of related work experience, with a minimum of
12 months successful sales experience
General Lines P&C license is required; prior Commercial Sales
experience is preferred
Participation in professional insurance coursework is preferred
Advanced knowledge of commercial insurance products and processing
systems is preferred
