Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from potential and existing customers
Determine the reason for calls and transfer to the appropriate
department
Ensure a positive phone call experience for all customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Call center experience
Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must provide personal equipment including a computer and internet
service
