Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care
beneficiaries and community organizations
Document enrollment requests, status changes, and grievances
accurately
Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide
accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer
service roles
Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse
individuals
Background and drug screening required
Commitment to achieving results through knowledge and empathy
