Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations
Consultant responsible for coordinating recruiting operations
within the Human Resources Service Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support throughout the candidate hiring process, including
updates and pre-employment actions
Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure successful
recruitment outcomes
Maintain compliance and data integrity while promoting a positive
candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework
and experience
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Exceptional customer service experience
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to handle high volume workflows and prioritize tasks
effectively
