A company is looking for a Mortgage Assistance Analyst II
responsible for processing mortgage assistance functions related to
deceased and successor-in-interest management, transfer of
ownership, and recasts.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and
regulatory requirements
Collaborate in resolving escalated customer issues and maintain a
customer-centric approach
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to improve
processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Successor-in-Interest, Transfer of
Ownership, and Recast activities
Deep understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
