Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Extended Ops Associate to provide
process and analytics support for direct mail print/mail processes
and platform management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on platform and access management with the Automation
Deliver Solutions Team
Support project management for platform and enterprise project
requests
Assist with system/platform support, including issue triage and
troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Google
G-Suite Applications, and Excel/Sheets
At least one year of experience in Business Process Management,
Project Management, or a Business Analyst role
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
