Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design Delivery Principal responsible
for overseeing design decisions related to data center
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process, collaborating with architectural and
engineering partners to ensure technical excellence and cost
management
Manage relationships with design partners and assess project
outputs to meet expectations
Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of
design documentation and adherence to budgets
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a Design MEP Firm or as an Architectural
lead in Mission Critical design
MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
preferred; BSc acceptable with extensive experience
Architects must hold RA or AIA credentials
PE certification is desirable but not essential
