Job Description:
A company is looking for an HPC System Engineer to design,
implement, and maintain high-performance computing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy HPC clusters, including compute, storage, and
networking components
Manage Linux-based HPC systems and monitor system health to resolve
performance issues
Fine-tune applications and workloads for optimal performance on HPC
systems
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in HPC system design and implementation
Proficiency in managing Linux-based systems and job schedulers
(e.g., Slurm, PBS)
Experience with large-scale parallel file systems (e.g., Lustre,
GPFS)
Strong background in performance optimization for HPC
applications
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards for
HPC systems
