Job Description:
A company is looking for a Referrals Intake and Sales Specialist
to drive growth and support patient access to OCD treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth by efficiently scheduling clinically referred patients
from national partners
Develop an understanding of OCD, ERP therapy, and the treatment
model to support patient conversations
Manage CRM data and strengthen relationships while contributing to
new ideas for enhancing scheduling processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in medical intake or
patient engagement
Proven success in connecting with and supporting patients
Empathetic and adaptable communication style tailored to patients
and families
Strategic thinking and startup experience preferred
