Job Description:
A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Representative to
investigate and evaluate routine commercial casualty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigates and evaluates routine commercial casualty claims,
confirming details and determining coverage
Negotiates, settles, and resolves claims, providing detailed
responses to agents and claimants
Collaborates with impacted departments and assists team members
with basic claims and projects
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
One year of insurance or claims handling experience
Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of the claims handling
or insurance experience requirement
Ability to obtain all applicable state licenses
Good knowledge of computers
