A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to assist
with diesel program inquiries and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Answer complex technical calls and provide information on diesel
programs
Maintain accurate records of calls and analyze data for trends
Research and assist CARB program staff with regulatory compliance
and outreach
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must reside in California and be bilingual
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database-related
software
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Experience in managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a technical
team
