A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney - WA Barred (100%
REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from initial client meeting to
settlement, litigation, or trial
Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, responses, and
settlement agreements
Negotiate case settlements and attend court proceedings as
necessary
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Active admission to the state bar
Minimum of one year of recent experience in personal injury law
