Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to
assist customers in complex development environments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first contact point for new customer support
requests
Drive technical issues to resolution through in-depth
investigations and customer relationship management
Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot customer issues and
enhance the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
technical support experience
2-3 years of previous technical customer support experience
Experience with Salesforce and/or DevOps tools (e.g., Git,
Jenkins)
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident capable of obtaining a
US Government Security clearance
Any Salesforce certification is a plus
