Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Technical Solutions to lead
the design and delivery of innovative technical solutions for
enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Technical Solutions Managers, providing coaching
and performance management
Create and run processes for effective project execution in
collaboration with cross-functional partners
Ensure the team has the necessary technical tools and engage with
internal and external engineering teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a technical role such as software engineering or data
science
5+ years in a customer-facing role with enterprise clients
2+ years of management experience
Proficient with SQL and a general-purpose programming language
(e.g., Python)
Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company or startup
