Staff Software Developer at AreteWe are seeking a talented Staff Software Developer with experience in embedded and GUI software to support Navy sensor systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design and implement new features and bug fixes for Navy sensor systems.
• Testing: Perform testing using embedded processors, circuit boards, and related test equipment.
• Collaboration: Develop and present innovative software designs at customer meetings and participate actively in scrum meetings with a small software/hardware team.
• Project Management: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage project components to meet tight deadlines.Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Skills: C++, embedded development, collaborative team experience, and strong customer communication and presentation skills.Benefits:

      • Active security clearance.Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000. Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including position responsibilities, work experience, education/training, and key skills.Requirements:
