Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Researcher to manage recruitment
processes and candidate evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and manage the recruitment process, including candidate
evaluation and database management
Screen candidates for technical skills and conduct phone
interviews
Communicate with candidates to understand their needs and support
them through interview stages
Required Qualifications
Technical education or completed recruiting courses
Proficiency in LinkedIn and recruitment tools with query-building
skills
Upper-Intermediate spoken English
Experience in team collaboration in any field is a plus
Higher education in Programming or Human Resources is
advantageous
