Job Description:The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. In this role, you'll collaborate with department leaders, ensure HR strategies align with business objectives, and maintain a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies that support company goals.Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and handling disciplinary actions.Oversee performance management systems to promote high performance.Administer compensation and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.Build strong relationships across departments and support a positive work environment.
Qualifications:7+ years of HR management experience, ideally in aviation or related industries.Strong knowledge of multi-state employment regulations (OSHA, workers' comp, safety).Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Paylocity is a plus.Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.Must have a valid driver's license and pass background checks and drug screenings.
