We are seeking a Co-Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. who strives to surpass their career goals while developing strong teams and building trust.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership within your assigned location, working closely with the Store Manager.
• Lend your merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area.
• Develop and mentor new and existing team members, ensuring their success and growth within the company.
  Requirements:
  
  • Previous retail management experience.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to relocation for promotion opportunities.
