Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Customer Relation
Specialist to support motor carriers in understanding DOT and FCRA
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients, drivers, and candidates with DOT and FCRA
regulations
Conduct employment verifications and process compliance
documents
Maintain expertise in regulations and educate clients on drug
testing and background checks
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Remote experience preferred
Flexibility for shift-based work, including evenings
Strong work ethic and exceptional integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems
