Job Description:

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Pharmacy Technician -Customer Service to join our team working onsite.
Pharmacy Techncian - Front End
Candidate Must have a minimum Pharmacy Training License for AZ
Location: This is 100% onsite - 1002 East McDowell Road Phoenix AZ 85006
Hours: Mon - Fri 9:30 - 6
Type: Temporary

Position Summary:
This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

Minimum Requirements:
* At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.
* Pharmacy Training LIcense or National pharmacy technician certification. Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations.
* 1 year of computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
* Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.

Education:
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
