  • Job Details
  • CVICU RN (CTICU Tower 4) position at St Josephs Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • Weekly Orientations on Mondays, except for holiday weeks.
  • Candidates cannot work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ.
  • Must be gone from CommonSpirit for 12 months as permanent staff to be considered for a travel assignment.
  • No facial piercings and only natural hair colors allowed.
  • Onboarding due by 1pm CST Wednesday before start; the facility will not allow anything to be pending.
    • Job Requirements
    • Level I experience required.
    • Previous travel experience required for ED, Neuro ICU.
    • 2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required.
    • CERNER EMR experience required for ED.
    • Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48 hours prior to acceptance of a position.
      • Schedule Information
      • Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit size, Hospital size, Trauma Level, EMR (Cerner experience) required.
          • Additional Details
          • Travelers can be expected to have nursing students; this is a teaching hospital.
          • Parking assigned to a parking lot, and then shuttled to the facility. Night shift: Assigned to a parking garage.
