Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
Build and maintain a high-performing team of Client Development Executives
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
10+ years of Executive-level Sales and Marketing leadership experience
Proven success in exceeding sales targets and coaching development
Experience leading in a matrixed environment
Charismatic leadership skills
