A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, responsible
for leading engineering teams and driving product development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow engineering teams focused on product
experience
Collaborate with product leadership to foster a culture of
ownership and initiative
Establish efficient processes and mentor early-career managers and
engineers
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in technical leadership within distributed
teams
Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Kanban and
Lean
Track record of leading teams in building SaaS applications
Proficient in strategy planning and stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach early-career engineers
