Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead partner acquisition and development teams to achieve monthly
and quarterly targets
Manage and develop first-line managers to effectively coach their
teams
Collaborate with EMEA leaders to drive business growth and refine
partner acquisition strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience leading partner development or channel teams in a SaaS
or technology environment
Deep understanding of partner and channel programs
Minimum of 3 years experience in leading and developing
high-performing teams
Experience with change management in complex environments
Ability to create an inclusive team culture that fosters trust and
empowerment
