Key Responsibilities
Define and implement strategic roadmaps for collections and
customer support, prioritizing key initiatives based on impact
Optimize agent efficiency and enhance customer interactions through
improved tools, processes, and technology
Manage team performance and development, ensuring effective
communication and collaboration across functions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in outbound contact centers, with 3-5 years
in customer support
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
Experience managing large, distributed teams across multiple
geographies
Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy for users
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
