Admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts to meet annual enrollment goals and
develop outreach strategies for a diverse global student body
Manage financial aid processes and cultivate recruitment
partnerships to enhance enrollment opportunities
Analyze data to inform decision-making and continuously improve
recruitment and admissions strategies
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in higher education recruitment or
admissions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Expertise in data-driven decision-making and project management
Proven track record of recruiting and enrolling students for
tuition-based programs
Deep understanding of international recruitment trends and
financial aid management
Experience managing partnerships with higher education institutions
or non-profit organizations
