Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is a must
3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
Knowledge of WordPress and understanding of DNS for domains
Basic understanding of FTP and SQL connections
Familiarity with Elementor, Figma, HTML, and WordPress
