Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Planning to
lead growth initiatives and execute comprehensive Go To Market
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Go-to-Market strategies for FedRAMP-authorized
products targeting government agencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with
FedRAMP requirements and internal processes
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Public Sector
initiatives and adjust strategies based on market feedback
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in business process transformation with a
track record of delivering complex projects
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; graduate degree
preferred
Deep knowledge of FinTech software and buyer processes
Experience in developing and managing budgets for growth
initiatives
Strong leadership and change management skills with the ability to
motivate teams
