Job Description:
A company is looking for a Web Application Firewall (WAF)
Engineer to join their security team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of WAF
infrastructure and services
Design, configure, deploy, and optimize WAF solutions to protect
web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document WAF
configurations and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a
related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in information security with 2-3 years in
Web Application Security
In-depth knowledge of WAF technologies and web application security
concepts
Experience with network security concepts and threat
intelligence
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or relevant cloud security
certifications
