Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Quality Audit Lead to join
their Claims Quality team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise and in-depth understanding of
claims processing workflows
Identify claims payment issues through audit findings and mediate
with key stakeholders
Lead and coach the claims audit team while ensuring compliance with
applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare claims auditing
2+ years of experience working independently to drive projects to
completion
Experience leading and coaching individual contributors
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Some coding experience or database language exposure
(preferred)
