Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist (AR/AP).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions,
including invoicing and payment processing
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and audits
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
(Bachelor's preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooksOnline)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
